All 4 bolt bracket locations on the top of the grill were broken. I was using two washers to keep it from moving until the new grill arrived. It is also attached by two clips on the bottom. You sort of push back on bottom of the grill and shimmy it back and forth and it comes off with out issue. As in all things old and plastic, go slow and take your time, it will release eventually.
The new grill was purchased on ebay from 55tech motors for ~$200. It fit perfectly (fast shipping I might add). Note, on the upper right and left hand sides, you need to make sure to tuck the rubber under the grill otherwise it will not sit flush. If you look closely at picture 4 below, you can just make the rubber edges sticking out (I've added some red arrows for clarity).
I'm super happy with the look.
Total project difficulty 2-10
I'm giving it a 2 simply for the probability of breaking one of the bottom clips if you intend to save the grill (mine is junk, so I didn't care - that's probably why I didn't break anything)
